I never understood the necessity to use emojis, be it after a name or just in any text or message.

It gives me the impression that people are too lazy nowadays to write texts or perhaps, because they don't even know anymore how to spell and to write proper sentences. It is just a reflection of the desolate state of our youth that lost the ability to make proper sentences and replace words with abbreviations, onomatopoeia and other cryptic words that nobody really understands.

As to why this person changes her name to replace one emoji with another, I don't have the faintest idea. Perhaps that she was fed up with that emoji and needed to add a new one.
