Sometimes opposite sex friends’ want to be more than just friends’ with you , whether you are in a relationship or not , I experienced this a handful of times with girls’ that claim they just want friendship but really they want more. After my one ex and I broke up , her so called good friend showed up at my home to see how I was doing , I always thought her friend was attractive, but I never flirted with her. But since she knew my girlfriend and I broke up , she showed up with a 6 pack of my favorite beer and asked to drink it with me , I said sure, so she came in and we started talking and then she confessed to me that she is happy I am no longer with my girlfriend and said I could do so much better , and then she said ME and then threw herself onto me to kiss me , I was caught off guard for a second but then I said fuck it , so we were kissing and then she started running my cock and got on her knees to blow men, I didn’t stop her , so we ended up screwing all day and night long , she said she didn’t care about her friendship with my ex and wanted me instead. A few days later my ex called me to yell at me and said why did you screw her? I said why do you care and hung up the phone on her , I then called her friend and said why did you tell her we screwed? I worked with a young woman, and we were friendly, at work. I only saw her socially once because she tagged along when i invited others out for drinks after work.

The definition of the word "dating" is:

"a stage of romantic relationships in humans whereby two people meet socially with the aim of each assessing the other's suitability as a prospective partner in an intimate relationship".

I think that the last few words say it all. The ultimate goal of someone wanting to date you is to get into your pants. You can look at it the way you want. It all boils down to wanting to fornicate. Thus, it is never innocent since the person wanting to date another one has exactly that intention.
