If there were 10 people who find me attractive, probably 6-7 of them would be unattractive. Does it mean I am unattractive as well?

No I don’t think so, but in my opinion it doesn’t really matter who deems you attractive or unattractive. All that matters is what you feel about yourself. It can be hard not to internalize things, but most people aren’t ugly. People just suck and say mean things because they think it makes them feel better. But then again.. what do I know.

It means you are probably average. But based on how your perception works on this topic probably means you're ugly on the inside. Guys can figure out who's worth it and who's toxic. If you aren't getting approached it's because you look basic or you have a basic personality.
