Explain why I’m so scared or hesitant to look at face photos?

he's a 8/10 in looks and personality and I like seeing his photos but my body gos into stress of not looking at them right away and finally glancing at them hrs later. probably another ex trauma response loved the guy loving side but wasn’t physically attracted but three years in and it was then after I’ve seen what he looks like.
