Girls, What is an age gap that works?

Since a few weeks a younger woman, early twenties, and I have been feeling attracted to each other quite strongly. Although there is an age gap of 21 years, we are drawn to each other. She is a co-worker and we both feel some hesitation because of that age gap but whenever we are in the same room there are vibes and other people are starting to notice. Any takes on this situation?

For me, i have a /- 10 year rule. Anything higher than that feels odd and anything younger than that makes me feel like im robbing the cradle.

In your case though, you are old enough to be her father. Would you want your child hooking up with a guy 21 years older than them? If you wouldn't care, then by all means go for it, however, if you'd be upset at that, then it would be hypocritical to do it yourself.

She doesn't want to have any childeren and I have given up on the idea cuz I don't want to be an old dad.

The biggest age gap i did was 14 years but for me it works fine because I'm not a party girl so we connected and did adult activities my husband is only 7 years older then me but our relationship works great no issues

There's no single true answer to this... Depends very much on the individuals involved. Generally I think that as long as we don't talk about grandpa levels of old, thing can work out long term
