If you like each other try it... Address the problem you have with her and see if perhaps it's just s defense mechanism (which it usually is).
How is she stuck up? Because there are some women that are standoffish that are actually good people when you get them talking. Then there are women who are not good people. They're not standoffish, they're just bad people? And if she's the latter, why would you even WANT to date her?
