Yes. Maybe she’s not really stuck up and is just blunt and tactless? Comes across as rude to people who don’t want the truth? Or brutally honest and clueless about how hurtful it is? Or shy. Or reserved. Or secretly struggles with health issues. How will you know if she’s stuck up or not, if you haven’t had a relationship with her and gotten to know her properly?

Having respect for your partner is extremely important for the health of a relationship, and so is the respect that they have for you! Another reply to this question suggested that perhaps this girl is shy, but being timid doesn't really justify stuck-up behavior. It's entirely possible that you just don't know enough about this girl to come to any conclusions, so maybe you should get to know her a little more. If you find that this negative behavior persists, she might not be a good match for you.
