I never have and never will. If she hits me, I may restrain her, but HIT? Never.

Years ago, I actually needed to restrain my girlfriend at the time once because she started hitting me during an argument. I also broke up with her shortly after because I found that behavior unacceptable.

If I had HIT her, I know I could sent her to the hospital.

In most situations, men are physically stronger than women. There’s no need to use excessive force (e. g. hitting) if you’re strong enough to hold them still to stop them from hitting you.

And of course, I’d encourage anyone in that situation to walk away afterwards. Nobody should tolerate physical abuse.

Nope. The last women I struck was my sister when I was 17. I didn't punch her or anything. I shoved her into a counter. But it did give her a bloody nose, which surprised me. I could tell you she was insulting me and verbally harassing me, but that's no excuse. It was never my intent to hurt her, but to shut her up. But what I learned that day was the damage I could do. My mother got all in my face. But she couldn't make me feel worse than I already felt. So I always remember that day. If a woman is harassing me verbally the only option is to walk away if you can't whether it.

We're adults, and adults don't resort to violence.

There have been 78 women killed by their male partners already this year alone in this country, let alone men hitting. The cases of men hitting must be in the 1000s every year.

I've only ever gotten physical with her once, and it was to stop self harm. This resulted in a stay at the mental hospital for her. It killed me inside to have to stop it the way I did. She had a knife, was going to use it on her self, I grabbed her wrist hard enough to bruise, it hurt her, and she dropped the knife.

Are you seeing anyone currently? I come from a family that saw my father get drunk and hit my mom. Supposedly that's a sure sign that , ill follow in his foot steps, well im proud to say that have yet to cause harm to the members weaker sex.

At my size and weight I don't hit anyone and nobody's tried to take a swing at me in over 25 years.
