Rollerskating vs Skateboarding. Have you tried these two activities? If not which one would you choose given the chance? And why?

Grew up roller blading and rollerskating. Actually went rollerskating with my sister in law recently. She lives in a large Metropolitan city beside the sea. It was pretty awesome, I didn't want to stop. At my grandparents they had those clip on to your shoes roller skates, I loved them.

I have. Hmm. Probably rollerskating. I wasn't a big fan of the skateboard.

Rollerblading was something that came natural to me. I've never skateboarded before. It always seemed like more work to skateboard. I feel like rollerblading was faster too.

If I could do this, I would choose the skateboarding. But truth be told, I'm not cut out to have wheels on my feet.

I've tried both as a kid. Sucked at Skateboarding so I'll go with rollerskating.

I've tried both and significantly enjoyed roller skating more than skate boarding. You have more control over where you’re going and the movements are more fluid.

My back doesn't allow me anymore but i would take rollerskating Any time... The control is way better, feels like more freedom, and to be honest, just damaged 1 pair of jeans in 4years, while on skateboarking i've seen some nasty accidents...🤷‍♂️

I tried roller-blading once but all I got out of it was a broken wrist. Ice skating was not much better. I'll never be a Dorothy Hamill.

Both tried, never got into the skateboard but have rollerblades and use them now and again when there's options of flat hard surfaces to skate on.

I've done a bit of indoor rollerskating (quads, not inline). That's much easier than skateboarding.

I skateboarded for a while as a kid, just for fun. Nowadays I would probably brake a few bones. 🤕
