In terms of personality? Being a bad, cruel person. Usually things like racist, sexist, ableist, homophobic, etc. Showing no sympathy for weak or suffering people. Acting friendly only to stab in the middle of the back later on. Abandoning people once no longer useful to them. Doing whatever it takes to get things they want even if it means hurting others.

In terms of something physical? Probably a really bad general smell. If I have to hold my breath when around that person I don't wanna be around them.
