Touch based largely. I'd do things like giving back massages after work, snuggling, brushing their hair for them, holding them in bed while we sleep, things like that. The second side of my love language I guess you could refer to as serving maybe? Doing things like taking care of the dishes for them making them something to eat or helping with whatever they might need like running to the store if they want something specific. An example being like. "I want and orange but were out" I'd just take the time out of my day to go to the store and grab one for her stuff like that.

I like taking care of people but because of my finances I'm very limited in terms of providing so I'd show affection and love through personal care of my partner and providing them with my time energy and effort. I think actions and care speak louder than words and money when it comes to love anyways but unfortunately most woman don't seem to agree with me on that.

Love language seems to be a specific English idiom, so I'm not instantly relating to the question but... Trying to evaluate formally, from above, how I behave in romance. Then what I do is laying safety nets, creating safe spaces to talk about anything. Creating, enforcing, reinstalling safe spaces when they crumble. Usually, it shall incentivize her to return the favor, which gives the perfect scenario for me 😌

Reliving and passing on emotional experiences is stressing to both listener and narrator. Learning to regulate, that is to experience, analyse process and otherwise deal with emotional experiences is emotionally intelligent. It's not SPREADING emotional distress and thus increasing it by going over it and laying it on others.
