Ok so to be fair, the MOST BRILLIANT guy I happen to know in this lifetime can barely choke out a "Hi" when he sees me... Once I say hi back and wait a while for him to warm up we're fine, but something makes him freeze every time, even though we know one another. And he's fairly charismatic around others. It's all just nerves.
I'll tell you the same thing I tell him: Deep breath... it's just a girl... now be direct.
Small talk like “I love your outfit” or “the weather is nice today” sum like that.
Depends who is she? What are your intentions?
