I met his guy in a party a month ago. I don’t know if I have feelings for him, but I do wanna hangout with him. We both like the same movies, so I thought I could invite him over to watch a movie together. Would it be weird and awkward? Would he think I just want to get physical with him?

If you like him if he feels safe then yes. Maybe hang out a couple times someplace doing stuff together. .. but depending on who he is and what he's all about. If you do it at night then he might think something. And if you invite him over during the day might be better but that's up to you
