Ok me 46 f, him 51 m.. after 1 yr of dating and 8 months of sex. He asked me the other day “if physical contact is important to you?” This was out of the blue.. for context there has been no physical contact whatsoever so ever in over two weeks. No hand holding, kissing or hugging… absolutely nothing.. it just stopped. We work opposite shifts and live a hour apart. Only get to see each other on the weekends.. I’m so confused and looking for advice

I agree with the change in diet.. he usually only eats once a day. I’m going to start prepping food to make lots of leftovers to leave in his fridge. He works overnights 7pm to 3 or 4 am. Goes home and eats then sleeps.

Here the thing I have been in his bed on the weekends … it’s the cold shoulder and he’s more focused on videos from Facebook. We spend time outside the bedroom as well.. he used to put his hand on my leg when he or hold hands when we were walking somewhere but all that stopped as well.
