Because you’re doing it wrong.
If you want to be watching sports shows and playing Fortnite, those are the kinds of dates you should be planning. Going places you wouldn’t normally go and doing things you wouldn’t normally do on dates literally sets you up for failure. The people who will accept those dates, if they’re not complete morons, are accepting them because those are the kinds of things they like. You’re pretending to be something you’re not. So you’re not attracting people who will appreciate you for who and what you are. More likely than not, you’re blaming them for your failures too, because they “wanted to change you”. Ell oh ell! Try being yourself for a change. That way, even if your date isn’t a match, at least you’re actually doing something you enjoy with your time.


Or keep doing it completely wrong and complaining about the results. That’s fun too.

Do something you enjoy in a social situation and invite her to come along. Don't interview her. Just chat casually. Have fun. If she doesn't like what you're into then ask her to take you somewhere she enjoys. See if you like what she is into.

That genuinely depends on the person find someone compatible with you. If someone only wants to do expensive stuff and isn’t all that much fun to hang out with. I once had a really cheap date because she said she didn’t want me to pay for a meal at a restaurant and she couldn’t pay for herself either- I brought some sandwiches, fruit, and nuts and we had a picnic, then we went to a really nice museum which was free and enjoyed the exhibitions (kissing each other a lot). Was a great date overall, and hardly cost anything.

I think that enjoyed just about every date I ever went on. Even the ines that were not very exciting were nice. Certainly better than watching television or playing video games. And most of these dates did not involve sex
