What does it mean if a woman tells me that I have charisma?

Someone told me just recently that I have charisma and that I change the energy when I step into a room of people. I'm trying to figure out what it means. Is that good or not good?

I would say it's a good thing. It means you have a certain presence, confidence and aura around you that make you stand out or make people notice you.
