Ladies, what do you think about guys who are always dating 5-20 years older than themselves?

Large age gaps are uncommon for a reason. Vast majority of people marry someone around the same age FOR A REASON. Because when two people are in the same life stages, same stage of maturity, similar level of brain develops, they just get along better.

You need to be in the similar levels of brain development in order to understand and relate to each other. I'm 29 and whenever I'm around 18-20 yr olds, I feel like I'm babysitting. So, its definitely a red flag for anyone in their late 20s to even want to date someone that age.

The truth is... when people go for someone significantly older or younger, it usually has more to do with fulfilling some type of sexual FETISH. It is very very ever just about "love". Don't be naive.

And I'm really not a fan of people who have nothing in common, just getting together or getting married due to a sexual fetish rather than love or connection.

Plus, the older partner usually has a significant ADVANTAGE over the younger partner due to their additional years of wisdom, expertise. This leads to a lot of power imbalances in the relationship. Young people are too naive to realize they are being manipulated.

I'm not as worried about old women preying on younger men as much as old men preying on very young women. Old women tend to pick who they want to marry more off of emotional connection while old men are capable of marrying just about anyone who can suck their dicks well enough.

To each his own. Guys like women who can perform and who are there to just be serviced, older women often will have more experience.

5 is ok. More than 5 is a little odd... one would question whether it's just a novelty/fettish. It's presumed not to be a serious interest.

A teenager doing so? Nothing morally wrong on the part of the teen, but I worry of him being taken advantage of, manipulated, ending up with worse off mental health as a result of the relationship. There's likely something pretty questionable about the person he's dating if they're an adult dating a teenager.

An adult man choosing to date women (or men) older than him? Well at that point he's old enough to make his own decisions and much less likely to end up in a predatory relationship. It's uncommon, but there's nothing wrong with it. If he's still a very young adult, there's still a bit of a higher risk of him being taken advantage of, but overall I think once two people are adults, they should be able to date with whatever size age gap they want to. They can be riskier or more unstable relationships, but that's their issue to figure out. Not my place to make moral judgements.
