Trying to find a date now most pubs have closed, where do people meet these days?

Most pubs have closed? I'm going ro assume that you are from Europe. Here we call them bars. Is there some sort of epidemic going on over there that I don't know about that has shut down most pubs? That's a major bummer if so because I was going to recommend you getting your crew together and hitting the nightlife scene. I guess that wouldn't be possible if pubs are all closed. Being a former bartender I can tell you that many people meet at "bars" or for you pubs. I guess you will have to get creative given there is no gathering spots left. Now I don't know your situation but I'd be at the bank on Monday checking into a loan to open a pub. Not only will you make a killing having the only open pub but also be able to draw in all the ladies looking for a place to have a drink.
