No, we all have preferences. It doesn't make you any more of a bigot than it does preferring those with green eyes for example. There may be reasons such as past sexual assault or just no interest in a penis that are coming into play. They aren't discriminating solely on the fact that a person is trans. If they do, then they get labeled as a bigot.

A bigot would be someone who says that transwomen aren't women. That's showing prejudice against someone of a particular group.

Bigotry is like prejudice. I think you can refuse to date someone because you are prejudiced against them, but I don't think that just refusing to date someone by itself means that you are a bigot. If that were true, then everybody would be a bigot, unless they go out with every single person who asks to date them.
