I know this doesn't answer your question but if you have muscle and are somewhat lean, the white women that do like muscular men will change their behavior towards you. This actually applies to women of any race as long as they like built men.

When you do eventually get to the point where people can tell you have muscle when you're fully clothed, you'll most likely start noticing women trying to sneak looks or acting less avoidant of you (which I say is a good indicator since the default is avoidance if they find you neutral or unattractive - not a general rule, just an observation).

This is all coming from a black man who went from being fat with no visible muscle to being somewhat lean with enough muscle for people to constantly tell me I have a lot of muscle or that I'm "buff" without seeing me shirtless.

I can also personally attest to the fact that there is a set of white girls that seem to be middle class that STARE when they think I'm not watching. Some women even start walking past me at unreasonably close distances or start working very near me when there are spaces elsewhere and many other things like that, probably to get my attention.

From all of this I assume that there is a niche of women that strongly crave muscular men but don't have access. This is NOT surprising given the amount of average-looking men that start chasing women hoping that they'll find a woman that likes their lack of muscle and soft frame. Therefore, you have a lot of opportunity if you are willing to get in shape.

In summary, get in shape and a lot of women will start chasing you.

but the question here is, those women who stares at you and tries to get your attention etc, would they say yes to hanging out with your or will they say yes when you ask for their number after chitchatting with them a bit? Have you tried it? If yes what were their response?

@Toaster100 I asked for an instagram from one and for general contact details from another (one white girl, one chinese girl) and I was successful both times. I didn't ask the others since I wasn't attracted to them, and my intention was to find a long term partner so I was only going for one woman at a time.

The first one (white) was very happy to give her instagram, which wasn't surprising since she effectively made the first move by starting at me until I noticed (she usually avoids eye contact with everyone so this was a serious sign). I asked the second girl (chinese) for some kind of social media and she gave me a few options (instagram, whatsapp), which indicates to me that she really did want to keep in contact.

I "chitchatted" to them for a very short time before asking for their details since I've noticed that guys look so desperate when they lurk around women trying to have a conversation and I have no intention of looking desperate.

Because to me if a woman offers to give me her instagram that means attention seeking, they want men to follow them and give attention to them on their posts and view their stories etc. And how did it go with her? Did you both advance further?

@Toaster100 I asked for her Instagram specifically. I didn't think to ask for her number just because that seems like a big step and I wasn't trying to make anyone uncomfortable, and I could get it later if the relationship worked out in theory. I'll also add that she was somewhat reserved in person and even on Instagram, so she didn't really post any recent photos and she didn't post any stories either.

It didn't work out in the end since I cut her off (I'm not trying to sound biased, but this happened) after learning more details. I can go into slightly more depth in a dm.
