If a single mom lie to the man that she doesn't have kids and he ends up marrying her just like how this man lie to women and use them, is that ok?

Kids are supposed to be the most important thing for a mother. That’s so cold to lie and say that you don’t have any. If a single mother does this, she doesn’t care about her kids, she cares more about attaining a man. Think of the situation those kids are entering, a step-dad that probably wouldn’t want anything to do with them. And of coarse a man should know if someone has kids, if someone really likes you they are usually willing to accept the circumstances especially if you’re a person of good character and a good mother.

I think it’s unlikely a man wouldn’t know a woman has kids before they get married. In the extremely unlikely event this did happen, it would be grounds for annulment.
