I feel like I should cut him off because I I don’t think he’s interested nor are we compatible. Can someone give advice?

I’ve been talking to this guy for a week, we were suppose to meet up a few days after talking but I cancelled of heavy rain. We rescheduled but then he cancelled because of light rain. I don’t think he made any effort because he said this is just like the last meet up and we tried. What do y’all think? I think it’s weird because he said he wanted to see me once I’m comfortable. He’s also not an initiator through texts and I don’t reach out neither, I normally respond to his last message the next day when I see it. Like days would go by without us hearing from each other. P. s the first time we were suppose to meet up, he didn’t purchase the meal I wanted but suggested something else. He also told me he wanted have an in depth convo face to face.

Not hearing from someone is a good thing. It's a form of communication without communicating
If that makes sense. You have to know the difference
And you can't force things because of timing.
When you like someone and they tell you things but don't follow through.
There is a reason.
And when you like someone and they tell you something and they follow through no matter what, there is a reason.

In both cases, they are silently proving who they are. And how important you are to them.

I can tell you this no matter what happens, this guy is making a big mistake. Your words told me who you are and what kind of person you are and how big your heart is

If he, for some reason, doesn't follow through with you, it's his loss

And it might hurt you at the moment, but it's your gain because of the heartache that would follow

Sometimes, you have to just let go. And give them the time to figure out what they want
And by letting go and no more words. To them, they then will make a choice

But one way or the other it's there choice. To let you know they really like you or not.

It’s too frustrating, I told him how I felt like he cancelled to back out of that day and respond ed by saying it wasn’t a cancellation. If I had said something, he would have said something. He also said when I go days without talking to him then he won’t force me to talk to him. Whichever form of communication I want to do, he’s fine with it.

We are but I’m unsure about his skills. I know about mine, I like to talk every other day, just a check in. I don’t never hear from him, except one time when he checked on me during a storm
