What kind of clothes do you like to wear on a first date?

Depends on the type of date... but a nice pair of Khakis and properly fitted button down shirt (tucked or not tucked in) can work well for a casual date. Respectful but not over the top. Oh and make sure your shoes are well cared for... women notice shoes!

Whatever is appropriate for the activity. At your age, dressed up is slacks and a button-front shirt. That's what I would wear unless we're doing something active. Your date will be impressed if you make a little effort instead of showing up in a tee and jeans.

Okay, again, it matters the restaurant but let’s use the example of a decent restaurant off campus where I’m at school.

I’d probably wear nice jeans and top, similar to the one I have in my pfp. Likely dressier flats or straps sandals depending on weather.
