Would a girl date a man who was shorter than her?

Most girls I have spoken to say no but when asked, they wouldn’t date someone shorter than they were.

I always went for taller. To be fair my fiancé is short for a man tho, just taller than I am. I know a few women that are tall that married shorter men. It’s not as common but not unheard of
