Lmao I would take someone back to my mom's place on a first date and have them sit awkwardly as my mom asked a bunch of questions about how we met and what our long term plans are. Then door dash some fast food that I would expect them to pay for both me and my mom.

Pretty sure that would be completely unromantic and not lead to a second date.

LOL that sounds like my friend who wanted to propose to his now-wife out on a dock on a lake. It was cold and windy and he kept trying to talk her into going out on the dock and she was all, no it's cold let's just get in the car. He finally got her to go out there and even managed to not drop the ring in the lake.
