What's something a guy or woman said that automatically made you say nope, they're not marriage material?

This guy at work sometimes talks to me. He's not in my sector but whenever he talks to me, he asks me what I like to do and if we could go on a date. I said I'll think about it after I finished my goals for the year. I didn't see him for a couple of months, but we bumped into each other again. He asked where I've been and what I was going to do during the holidays. I told him I was being strategic and saving my time to have the holidays off. I asked him the same and the response was not good. He said that his time was in the negative and he nonchalantly said HR hadn't caught him yet. Although he was gloating, I found it irresponsible and reckless. If your time goes in the negative, you're supposed to get fired. Some people were 1 hour into the negative and got fired. He's playing Russian roulette with his livelihood. I don't want to be with a man like that. If I decide to have kids, I don't want them to learn that behavior.
