There is one guy i once hooked up with and then we had a fight and didn't talk for some time. Now things are fine between us but we don’t see each other often.

You reach out to them and ask if they'd be open to trying afresh, and that you miss them. I don't recommend this, as there's usually a pretty good reason as to why a couple didn't work out the first time, and one person probably holds negative emotions about it that they likely won't be able to overcome.
