There is a guy that I see when I visit a store where he works. He sometimes helps me select a product. I have asked and I know that he is single without a girlfriend. He is very shy. How do I let him know that I am interested?

Invite him to take you out for coffee/lunch at Starbucks during the day. Know in advance what you are going to say. Some women believe a daytime coffee date is beneath them. Don't be one of those.
