Everyone has shortcomings. I don't consider something like cooking eggs in a small apartment a shortcoming, and she may not either. It comes back to the same thing, only the two of you can decide.

Even if she doesn't want to be more than co-workers or friends, you likely won't know the reason. Simply being co-workers is a big deal for some people. A lot of people will say to never do it. But I'm not one of them.

All you can do is get to know her better and see if it goes anywhere.
