I am ok if he don’t have a car, has a good job and is hard working, very fit, humble and kind, respectful, understands me, finds happiness in small small things, is very positive ( he said me I’ll give you the love you did not get from you family ) so no property on my name as everything goes to my brother as per the will and dad has patriarch mindset that girls always leaves home after marrying the guy, so giving property to girl is as good as giving property to her husband. So since I am earning too but have nothing on my name, is it ok if I marry a middle class that I’m in love with? He does not want anything from me money wise. The previous guys I dated a bit rich than me, took me for granted and expected me to compete with another woman. I’m very simple and a minimalist girl, not luxurious, I like less is more kinda thinking in case of materialistic things and this guy believes in the same. He is simple too. He is also a minimalist.

I think He is a good choice for you. If he's hard working then he can earn more in future. Being a good person is more important and if both of you are a good match and compatible then you should definitely go for him.
Like foe example, my father didn't have a that good job when my parents got married. But he is a very hard working person so my mom saw that and now we live a good life. (But my parents had arranged marriage)

The person most responsible for giving you a good life, was it dad or mom? If it was dad, what would he say, his reasons? Moms sound like nightmares during dream state. I didn't say that.

I think ask yourself has he been in his job position no mas 4 years per segment and each time moving up into a promotion? Is he moving forward or stagnant? For the higher class it's common safe practice to marry no less than 2 standard deviations. If you absolutely desire to broaden your dating pool, no less than 2 standard deviations or some serious potential below that. That is an opinion or what I've learned.

I don't go in say 'fear this' 'fear that'. I do say it's also unwise to marry and chase anyone above your income unless it feels easy, which case life shows not. It's unrealistic to chase above in the higher bracket and unwise to step too far down.
