Is it wrong that I'm not interested in starting a relationship with women older than 28, and I'm 32?

I've been putting a lot of work into finding my soulmate the last few years. I have a good life and great job, the one thing missing in my life is the girl of my dreams. I really want to find my special someone to spend my life with, It means a lot to me. One of my female friends suggested a girl we're both aquatinted with. She's also looking for something serious and she seems really nice. She's the same age as me, 32. But I told my friend that 28 was the oldest I was willing to go, she got upset and asked why. I told her It's kind of a red flag for me when an attractive girl is still looking for a guy in her 30s. There's usually a reason they're still single. Either they're standards are unrealistic or they're crazy. She argued that they could just be focused on their career and school. That's a good point, but the other part is I can still easily attract girls in their 20s. I've actually done better with women in my 30s than my 20s, just none have worked out in the long run yet. I do feel bad about it, but when given the option between a 32 year old and a 24 who are both interested in me, it's just natural to go with the 24 year old. I feel like they are more carefree and exciting as well. My friend said that's a douchy thing to say. I just feel like it's my preference though
