And yes Guys’ and Girls’ both can be sluts , , do you think they were born that way or they became that way because of what they experienced in life? Most of our choices and decisions in life stem down to our childhood , most of us don’t realize it , but our childhood played a big part of impacting our lives. I loved sex ever since I was a little kid , mainly because I was molested by an older women for a few years , starting when I was 9 yo to 12 years old , and the crazy thing is i was nervous in the beginning but I actually ended up enjoyed it and I didn’t think it effected me in any way , she also taught me a lot of things as well on how to be a ladies man, and be good in bed , I also have 2 older brothers’ that loved girls’ as well, that would always talk about girls’ to me , but the crazy thing is , for me to even consider having sex with a girl , I need to feel it means something , like it’s going to lead to more than just sex , but unfortunately that isn’t always the case , I use to think sex meant love and sex meant her and I were going to stay together , but i realized through the years that I was wrong , so if I feel a girl is using me and not being loyal to me , I won’t have sex with her anymore, my penis won't work either , I apparently i have PTSD from it , that I didn’t realize I had , for a lot of years , it’s like a natural reaction my body goes through when I feel a girl is just using me I been going to counseling to help me with this as well. But when it comes to girls that I am interested in or attracted to , I am not shy and apparently I am a good talker to get her into me. My friends’ have called me a man whore handful of times , even though I am not , I always questioned myself as to why I can’t be that way , Most girls’ don’t believe me when I tell them this, because they experienced men that just used them for sex. Which I don’t do , it’s because I am loyal. But I end up with girls’ that aren’t

Slut is such a derogatory term , it implies dirty and lower class as well as being sexually promiscuous so I will answer accordingly.


I beleive that men & women are held to different standards of sexual promiscuity so grouping together for the sake of discussion has to be done carefully if at all.

My education points me to beleive that evolutionary biology is linked to male promiscuity , a general predisposition to seek multiple partners which makes sense given survival of our species etc , but I’d say there are more prevalent / meaningful factors.



I don’t think however that people are BORN to be sexually promiscuous. Reasons for that type of behavior are presently defined as much more complex whether psychological, emotional or personal motivations or a combination.


I think it helps to understand what the perception , norm or average is regarding sexual partners dependent on society and culture before throwing that word around. I would have considered myself sexually promiscuous purely by my partner count but would never have called myself a “slut”

I think some of it is genetic, yes. A lot of who we are is based on how our ancestors used to live in the past. You'd be surprised at how much passes into your own DNA. The types of foods you like, your behaviours, whether you'll be depressed or not... everything is related to your DNA.

People don't want to believe that DNA dictates who you are, but the truth of it is, a large portion of it is.

Now does that mean that if one of your ancestors down the line was a concubine or whore, you'll be one? No, but there is a slight correlation to it. It all comes down to a mix of life experiences, wiring of your brain, and DNA.

My late boyfriend who passed away was molested by an older woman just like you were.
He was about 12 maybe and mowed her lawn for her. That's how they met. He said that one day she yelled from her upstairs bedroom for him to come up there. And that's when it happened.
He used to tell me that because he was a boy and he got hard, that he must have liked it and that he wasn't molested because he wouldn't have gotten hard from it. But he said that he didn't like it and didn't like himself after she did that to him.
It affected him for the rest of his life. I won't say how it affected him in a public forum, but he was still affected by it mentally in his 60's.

Yea in the beginning I didn’t get hard either cuz I was nervous , but she eventually made me feel calm and relaxed , she knew what she was doing , I also respected her because she was my Mom’s friend and I was also friends with her daughter that I fooled around with as well. She told me not to say a word to anyone about this or bad things will happen , so I didn’t say a word and in time I started to enjoy it and looked forward to it , I didn’t tell my parents’ the truth until I heard she passed away , I was 17 years old at the time she passed away and that’s when I opened my mouth about it , My mom was devastated and my Dad just shook his head and said he knew she was fucked in the head. My mom was more concerned than my Dad was and I told them I was fine , I didn’t think it effected me in anyway until I read a story about being molested by an older woman , and that article pretty much matched up with my life and how I am to a T , which blew my mind when I read that article. Not realizing I was somewhat traumatized from it , so I started counseling just to understand myself more , and the stuff my counselor has been telling me had my mouth drop but lucky for me , it didn’t effect me as much as it effected other people that were molested as well. But it definitely opened my eyes more to why I am the way I am. I am a great boyfriend to have because I am loyal to a girl that is loyal to me

I think it's how they were raised, their experiences and no belief in god. My dads side of the family was promiscuous and I learned there is no real consequence to that behaviour (since their partners all stayed or were replaceable) but my catholic upbringing and belief in god keeps me from doing too many bad things and being easy for men is one of the most disgusting things in my opinion.

Yea I agree , I think a lot of it stems down to how they were raised and the environment they were around , or the environment they experienced, some people use sex to feel accepted and appreciated and wanted , not realizing they are being used and taken for granted , , when you hear someone say oh it’s just sex like it’s no big deal , that tells you they just allow themselves to be used , even though I was molested , my family raised me to find love and happiness with someone , they didn’t raise me to run around and have sex with whoever , even though I didn t have the greatest upbringing , my family taught me to be careful and to have safe sex to not get STD’s or to impregnate a girl right away , So being around people that are sluts and that are considered easy fascinates me that they don’t care about this stuff or themselves whatsoever. And when I hear they contracted some sort of STD or got impregnated fast , it doesn’t surprise me because they chose to be idiots for sex. My friends’ daughter was a virgin and when she went to college , she ended up having sex with a guy that she met at a party and now she has Chlamydia for being dumb , the guy she ended up in bed with was a guy that told all his friends’ he is going to have sex with every college girl that he can and apparently she was number 15 , now she is doomed for life

Yeah I don't understand how so many people now are living like sex with anyone is a fun time waster. Sex is a serious thing and can cause diseases and babies. I think how they were treated definitely has an effect on whether or not someone is a slut. I personally never experienced anything in particular that would cause me to be the way I am, I believe I was born to be a slut. I don't really go around fucking everyone I see but I definitely show off and have always liked to explore sexual situations. I think it really depends on the person.

There is probably an inherent trigger at different pressures that will make some become more open with their sexuality. That, however, will likely, only be realised when and if the circumstances allow for them to gain rewarding experiences in doing so. That some will become this due to poor self esteem is probably caused by the environment they grew up in.

I think impossible to be genetic or born that way. Definitely combination of childhood and/or experiences. Doesn't have to be childhood related. Some people become totally opposite of parents (presuming they see lots of sexual behaviour) rather than copying. And some could be be from very strict upbringing but rebel or get into drugs and bad crowds. There's so many different routes coyld be.
