If both these girls were equal in all other respects, personality etc. and I could only ever date one of these girls, and a relationship was my ultimate goal.

I would choose the average looking girl.

This would be because there would be a higher percentage possibility with the average looking girl, we would continue to have a second date and a relationship, than with the hot female.

I'm sure money could be a deciding factor, but the hot female would have more potential suitors.
