How can you tell if a married man likes you?

I'm 33 Female and single I'm not hot or pretty but I am hard working and nice and I would be a good partner I'm just hideous people think I'm a man oftentimes but I'm not. Regardless, I'm kinda going insane cause no one wants me (I don't blame them) and this married guy at work I noticed was hanging around me it seemed and after I said something flirtatious in front of him but not directly to him after that I noticed he was talking like me and I felt like he was trying to appeal to me and he's way too cute for me. We have never spoken before but there's just been this silent thing and I don't know what to think.

Think about how unfulfilling that relationship will be if the only things that would bring you both together is his lack of decency (if he is interested) and the void you feel. How meaningful can this relationship get. Anyways, if he’s a cheater and has no self-respect I’m sure it’d be easy to catch his attention. Also, maybe think about his wife. I’m sure there’s some space in your heart to know the right thing to do.
