How do you tell if a married guy likes you?

I'm close with a guy at work who is married.

We hang out when we can.

A few weeks ago we went out for a drive in our lunch hour. He asked if I could pay for his coffee as he had no $ which was ok with me cause he has bought me coffee before.

This is our last week of work before our Christmas break. I suggested to him to have a coffee and catch up before we leave last Wednesday & he's not asked once.

We've spoken when we've been in the staff kitchen.

I don't understand why he hasn't asked to do anything since our last catch up.

We've told eachother personal stuff so I guess I'm a bit confused.

He might just like having a female friend to vent about his marriage to, but he's still in love with his wife, and doesn't want anything serious with another woman. So I would suggest not getting swelled-headed if he does seem to be attracted to you.
