How to know if a married man likes you or just being friendly toward you at work?

I’m so confused bc this guy his married and lately his been friendly towards me and he won’t always come and talk but there are moments that he will but it can be short conversations he usually will greet tho every morning but the day before he was complimenting me how well I do the job and that I am pro at it etc but he don’t always speak to me so is he just being friendly or more?

He's married, so if I were you, I wouldn't pay attention or just assume he's being friendly. I'm a friendly guy and girls have told me it can come across as flirty... You don't need to know if he likes you or not. You also don't need to ignore him, if he comes across as a decent person that doesn't offend you or give you the creeps.

Why do you need to know for sure? If he makes you uncomfortable then avoid or gray rock him. If he won't leave you alone, then report him.
