Giving oral is a pleasure because you're pleasing your partner. It's not about "you". A woman that does not want to give oral is a woman who doesn't care for her partner's pleasure, desires, or sexual satisfaction. It's not like desires just go away either. Life is much better when you have a partner who wants to make you feel good and who is actually sexually compatible with you (desires the same things as you in sex).
