How would you handle if you’re interested in someone but you don’t think you want to join their church?

I told her I’m open to it, but it’s not like I made any promises. But it seems like being Catholic is pretty important for this woman. I don’t think I’m ever going to want to actually join though. I prefer being on denomination. So I don’t know if it’s worth pursuing if it’s that important to her. I’m not one of those people who are just going to do something to placate Someone

How could you possibly know that without talking to her? It was simple for me. I´m not religious, and after divorcing I simply didn´t date believers of any stripe, whether religious or just pseudo-scientific nonsense like ¨alternative (magical) healing¨

Catholics can marry non Catholics. This isn't a big deal. I wouldn't change my faith.
