Because most men don’t give 2 shits about receiving attention like girls tend to. Girls’ think it actually means something , when really it doesn’t mean shit , because no one really cares , and most guys’ don’t want to be with an attention seeking whore , if he does, he just wants to bang her and nothing else. Attention seekers are primarily selfish people, that only truly care about themselves , they don’t have dignity or respect for anyone but themselves , most of them aren’t loyal people because all they care about is receiving attention thinking they are in some imaginary spotlight that they made up in their head , When I use to work as a bouncer at a night club, most the girls’ that came into the club were dressed slutty with their tits practically hanging out , seeking attention and seeking free drinks from desperate guys’ that just wanted to get laid. Again he might bang her if she lets him , but he won’t commit to her , she is just something to do to get off on that night , Most guys’ want a respectful loyal girl as a partner , that only has eyes for him , that values relationships and loyalty to each other , a girl that doesn’t need attention from other guys’ whatsoever. When a guy finds a girl like that , he will give his heart to her and settle down with her , otherwise he will stay single and keep his options opened , and just bang those attention seeking whores just to get off on , until he finds a girl that is actually respectful that wants love and wants a committed relationship.

Because a man life is to work. That's what society says he's good for. IMHO this is PARTLY why today's woman is so unhappy. Women entering the workforce a couples generations ago are finding out now what it's like to be a man. Nobody gives a 💩 what you feel when you work. Can you do the job or not a deliver results? If not F*** off, we'll find someone else who can.

Men have made their peace (as much as a person can anyway) that his job is to be born, meet a woman, marry, have kids with her, provide for those kids, raise and protect those kids, and when he's used up and has nothing left to provide this world... die. that is his duty. A woman (traditionally anyhow) is to draw the attention of a mate. So attention seeking is natural (to a point). I say to a point because most women today do not want to follow that traditional role anymore. But today's woman still want a man's attention. To what end? Well you'd have to ask each one of them. But in my opinion is that most of them are trying to fill that empty feeling inside of them. We all have a social and biological role in society. To paraphrase Eminem "we're mammals" but we're much more than just animals. Animals don't blush, feel shame and embarrassment. We're much more than just our biological drives.

Attention seeking is part of female nature. Boys prefer to understand and to build up things, while we girls try to understand the inner desire of people and try to manipulate our parents, siblings since we start to walk.
An observer and builder don't need attention, a provocateur and pleaser in same person needs attention to create an image of themselves in other person's head. It's not especially surprising that the desire to gain attention of girls often turns into an obsessive burden, especially if their connection to other individuals is limited to one or two persons.

I don't think this is necessarily true, girls and guys just do it in different ways. A girl might dress sexy, a guy might show off their car or wealth. You might associate one more with attention seeking than the other, but in the end it's the same

Well there is attention seeking people of both sexes just the way they go about it is different. Men such as tend to lie more exaggerating stories, how much money they have, things they have done, etc.

As where women more tend to get attention by flaunting their bodies. They try to get attention from shock value and things od that nature. But women can lie about other stuff and men can seek attention through flaunting themselves and shock value as well.

Attention is s big part of a girls world since they were born. You might remember being a little girl and people constantly telling you how pretty you are, how talented you are etc so from a young age girls are thought to seek validation and that they have to look a certain way to stand out. While boys usually get complimented on their achievements like ‘good job’ ‘you’re so strong’ ‘you’re so fast’

I do see women get less negative comments and I’m not saying they don’t get negative feedback but if you look at the percentage of posts per negative comments ratio it does start to look that way.
Example
Female post 10 times a week and gets 8 negative comments
Male post 5 times a week gets 8 negative comments.
I don’t have any real data on this just a observation from conversation with friends and colleagues. It would not surprise me if this was wrong if a large study was done…
I have largely ignored popular social media platforms because of some of the people on them. Just not worth it

Basic psychology. Also boys start losing attention after like 16 and girls get a lot till their mid to late 20s.

So after that when women stop getting that level of attention they find it ultra hard to cope. Men are used to it. On top of this if he gets rich in his 30s he is getting back all the attention. A woman after like 35 rarely gets the same level of attention. Very rarely.
