Should the man provide for all what the house needs even if the wife works, so she gets her income all for herself?

A relationship shouldn’t be one sided… Now. Every marriage is different this may work for some marriages and not for others. What I have to ask is… What is their dynamic? Even traditional relationships (that are done right) are 50/50 relationships.

Instead of both persons doing the same thing. Both persons in a traditional relationships work equally hard in separate roles. But many people want so called traditional relationships for narcissistic reasons not love. Some it’s for control over someone, some it’s materialistic, some financial, for some it’s for social status, some just want a trophy, etc.

I also have to ask. What job is she working? Is one person working a job that’s more physically and/or mentally possibly even emotionally taxing? Is someone working more or less hours? Are they getting paid the same paychecks? One spouse can be making significantly less then the other. Even if both people work hard…

Whomever can contribute the most should do so based on income


But if both spouses work and they make more then enough money to cover expenses they should be investing the rest of it


Saving up, buying real estate, long term stocks, even bitcoin


The only way not to live paycheck to paycheck is to play the financial game correctly

I suppose you're referring to a marriage. A marriage is SUPPOSED TO BE a partnership!!! That doesn't mean you keep everything for yourself! That means, you merge everything!!! If you're both working, you BOTH share in the expenses of the family!!

No. That would be bullshit. They are partners and their combined income should go to paying for expenses, recreation, and building a retirement nest egg. The income belongs to them both.
