Girls, IIm to shy and nervous to ask girls out?

Im sure I'll get some mocking... but I've just never had much luck/ experience in this department. But there's a girl im interested in asking out. Im just not sure how to approach her.

We're in group counseling together. I don't know her very well but she seems very quiet, shy and nice.

Any serious advice would be great!!

If you are serious about her, the only ethical path is to wait until one of you has officially completed and left the program. Then, you can reach out outside of the program context (if you have contact information) and explain that you waited out of respect for her and the group process, and would love to get coffee.

Go for it, the worst thing she can say is no. Remember, we’ve all been rejected at some point in our lives, it’s NORMAL. Don’t beat yourself up if she says no.
