IIs this a good idea?

To make a long story short... I had a drug overdose last Friday. Luckily my next door neighbor found me and called the ambulance

Well anyways I was just released this morning.

On the way home I stopped at a flower shop and got her some flowers as a thank you.

Do you think that's a good idea?

I've been wanting to ask her out for some time. Im thinking when I give her the flowers it might be a good time to ask her out.

What do you think? I have very little experience with dating so I don't know.

Its a fine idea to give something to say thanks for rescuing you.

But asking her out might be.. I don't know bad timing.
Like, "thank you for saving me from an overdose, please go out with me"
Maybe wait and see if you can show some of your greater assets, and have a conversation with her or two.

I think you should get off the dope and get your shit together before you ask a girl out so she doesn't find you dead. No woman wants to be a babysitter for a man who can't act like a responsible adult. Give her the flowers, say thank you, and leave it at that until you pull your head out of your ass and want a better life for yourself.
