I am planning to ask a girl out at work to go bowling. I am going to text her and ask her if she likes bowling. Is thus a good idea?

Personally, I'd love it if the guy asked me to go bowling, especially because I never bowled before. I would probably embarrass myself, but yeah 😂

I think it's a good idea because it's fun, it offers you time to talk to your date in a good eniveroment and you get a sneak peek into their personality (like are they sore loser, competitive, their humour etc).

I agree with the first dude, you know best the level of attraction. But asking if she likes bowling is a good way to get her interested in the possibility of a nice night out

That's actually pretty smart of her. Seems like she's definitely wary of the intentions if they are too forward. Buuuut she's seems open to it on a more friendly cowork event. Which is still a great way to get to know her more regardless even better tbh in some sense because you don't always have to be the source of questions or answers. Just say its definitely a possibility but everything is still in the works

You tell her the truth. You say "Actually I was just wondering if you wanted to go bowling with me?"
She's either going to say "No thank you" or she might say "Sure, I would like that."
It just depends whether she's into you or not.
