Not say thank you. Always take and take and never give. Where it seems you do everything for them but it doesn't faze them and this seems like a deal breaker? Why dont they care?

Probably because one significant other is letting the other treat them as a doormat. He/she knows what they can get away with because they’ve done it already for however long.
