There is this guy I have told in the past that I have feelings for and recently, him and I were talking on the phone and whatever we were talking about somewhere in that conversation, I told him I have another friend. Would you take that as me seeing him as a friend as well?

English is a high context language. If you said "I have another friend" you are clearly including him in a group of friends. If in the past you told him that you have feelings for him, the most obvious thing is for him to assume he's been friend zoned.
