What is your experience dating someone with a huge height difference?

I'm a reasonably tall person at 6'6" tall. Currently, the girl I'm interested in is 5'5", so about a foot shorter.

(I have no issues dating a taller women, but what are the odds of finding lady who is 5'10"+? Also, personality, morals and appearance are way more important than height.)

For anyone who has dated with a large gap in height;

Im 6ft7. My wife is 4ft10. Women are all the same when you get them on their back.

5.5ft is like average height for a woman.

Pros are she appreciates your height for reaching at high selves. She feels protected. She feels validation because other women desire 6ft+ guys. My wife can give me a blowjob while standing. You can stare at her tits while pretending to be looking into her eyes.

Cons. Very hard to f*ck standing up unless you use a chair, stool, the stairs. People make comments and ask questions regarding your penis size and her vagina.

None really. I’ve never dated a man a foot taller than me. Actually I never dated a man taller than me at all. I’m 5’9” 1/4 and I’m taller than most guys or as tall as them. Plus most men seem to prefer shorter or average height women (they’re so lucky). My ex boyfriend was like 5’5/5’6 and we didn’t really care but unfortunately things didn’t work out (not because of height differences).

If I man was like 6’8 or 6’9 then that would be a HIGE height differences.

I mostly remember the drawbacks and not much the benefits lol. I've experienced a diff of 22cm/9in max, a couple of times. I had to walk slow to catch up, I had to bend to kiss, I had to look at her from above. I would not make it a criterion, but I felt more comfortable with girls my height, or slightly shorter. people tend to end up marrying those similar in height as them. Most of the time tall men end up marrying taller women. Because being married to someone a lot shorter comes with its own set of challenges. All that bending over to give a kiss, your hands barely able to reach hers while holding hands. Living situation can get difficult if you are putting objects too high for her reach. Sure it might be fun for a while but over time, it becomes very impractical.
