Why are so many gen z men so pathetic?

As I've stated before a lot of the young men at my work that I come across on a daily basis come across as total losers to me.

Maybe because I married a older man and I see how hard working he is and also being bought up in a very traditional, Christian house hold but Im constantly getting the ich off my own generation especially the men.

You have one half that think they are Andrew Tate yet haven't done a days work in there life and if they do they act like someone spat in there face and slapped them for expecting them to do there job and then can't understand why they aren't a millionaire fighting off Sidney Sweeney with a shitty stick.

Then you have the other half that don't even want to identify as male and are total cry baby's about everything.

And then you have the very small percentage of decent lads that go to work have laugh and keep there heads down.

The men I work with are extremely entitled. They'd always put themselves and there cocks first. Do a 4 hour weeks because they constantly ask to go home early so they can do a line and get drunk and then hook up with some girl that gives it out to everyone. If not they act like there hard done to and disgusted but their boss expects them to work the job they applied for.

I just don't understand how they aren't embarrassed. Like i see nothing wrong with having some fun in your youth but when your pushing 30 its abit pathetic. Men there age used to fight in wars, work long hours down a pit and get there hands dirty and at the end of day that beer down the pub was actually earned.

I slightly blame women and these men's parents. If more women held themselves to a higher standard when it came to dating they might realise you don't get nothing from sitting on your arse but also there parents need to be giving them a good kick up the arse.
