When are women going to stop shaming men and step up themselves?

Low key I think women are afraid of shutting themselves out of the market and picking one good man to get on with life with.

It’s not like they don’t have 50 of them lined up at any given time. They do, but that’s exactly why they always go the other direction and date the sloppiest dudes instead. It’s easy to get whatever they want out of them and when they get tired of dealing with them, they’re easy to chuck to the side.

Inconsequential. They’re low risk in a sense. If they were to actually date someone that they could connect with on a deeper level, oh no, wait! That requires real emotional investment. They might have a certain set of standards. Uh oh, maybe you might not live up to them! It might be intimidating to sit directly across the table from a man and talk about real shit!

This is exactly why I’m just over dealing with women. They never actually step up to the plate.

When I first read your post I was kind of in opposition to you. But you made some solid points here.

I think most women still in their heart of hearts want one guy. A solid relationship with a good strong man. But I think most women today have no f***ing clue what that looks like. Or they wouldn't pass by as many good men as they do to grab the sloppy men you speak of. I think a lot of women are their own worst enemy. Even worse than that, because of the way they are you cannot tell them anything. We all make mistakes in life, growing and hopefully learning from our mistakes. But that is the biggest detriment to many women. They do not own their mistakes. You see it time and again on G@G, "he tricked me, he lied to me", etc. Women trick and lie to men as well. But that should NEVER be an excuse as a man. You have a brain, USE IT! So it shouldn't be an excuse for a woman either. But this highlights the biggest problem with equality (not that equality is a bad thing, it's not). It's because women have cherry picked the parts of equality that they like. They want the same pay, they want the same respect, but when it comes to RESPONSIBILITY in a relationship they want things to remain, traditional still.🤦‍♂️😆 You can't have it both ways hun. You get the bad with the good, that is the deal. You want to be treated as an equal, you must act as an equal. You can't be a boss b**** and a victim at the same time.

Relationships are not 50/50. They are 100/100.

And I know some women are going to read this and start saying, "today's men are no better". I'm not disagreeing with that. But understand men will always react to the rules women put forth. If all women got together and said, "we're not dating another man until you EARN us". Men would have no choice to comply or opt out of dating altogether. And a lot of weak guys would opt out, don't get me wrong. But some would comply. And those couples would raise strong future men. Get the point! The weaker men would die out. But today's women would never do this. They're not interested in holding a standard. They're only interested in getting their feelings met. Girls do that, NOT WOMEN. A woman can not be broke by a man because her greatness is not defined by a man. A good woman enhances everything around her. She make a good man great. She becomes his deepest well of strength. That is the power of a good woman.

I disagree with your statement. In general my experience has been women shame men who deserve it. Men who blame their troubles on others rather than looking in the mirror.

Some women shame men.

Some men shame women.

Some step up. Some don’t.

The right people already act right.
The wrong ones won’t , regardless of gender.

Agree 1000% and most people think they’re too cool for everyone else. There’s very little respect being given back to men especially these days.

Yep but it is always a two way street. I see so many lazy men on my side of the street as a female.

It’s just frustrating in the standpoint where here I am reaching out, trying to talk, trying to meet, trying to make a connection with a woman… and because it doesn’t work with 1, 2, 10, 50+ women, I have to try with like hundreds of women, which over the course of a year, might turn to thousands. It’s exhausting when you just want to meet and get to know people.

Not to mention just the way I live my personal and professional life. I have a career for 10 + years just slaving away and for what? The women aren’t there. Seeming no prospects. No family or children to care for. That’s the thing about men, we want to be a husband and a dad. We want to care. And even in the early stages we try to show that we do, but these women just shoo you away like you’re cattle.

What women are these? Most women I know have been in relationships for many years. I have been with my husband for 17 years.

Well as a single guy, looking for other single women, in their 20s and 30s, I’m looking at a different segment of the population. I wouldn’t be asking you. Clearly you’ve done something right.

Well, as of now, I see him in my future. We have similar goals of career and family. We both just have to make it through quite a few more years of school.

I hope you two work together and stick it out. That’s all I’ve ever wanted is someone to build a life with. I don’t think any of us are who we wish we were but that’s ok, we keep working at it.

It’s like women are afraid to do that with someone now, they just want the fun lifestyle and date some circus clown that entertains them. You see it from a distance and it’s stupid. They look stupid lol.

Because it’s like believe it or not, I’ve wanted something real from a very young age and it’s never happened.
