Is it unusual for a 32-year-old man to date a 25-year-old, even though they are only 7 years apart? I just don't know if he wants to sleep with me cuz I'm a lot younger he can get girls his age I don't know what your thoughts are on that?

It's fine. That isn't even a big age gap. If he wants to create a family together he should avoid any women past 30 too for a new relationship. My parents were 7 years apart and were married 42 years before my dad passed. Most relationships that I have seen fail are when the couple is within 2 years of each other.
