If you are lonely, then you are the only one that can do something about it.

Get out of your comfort zone, go out and find yourself a hobby or join a club where you can meet people that share the same interests as you do. You may find great friends and acquaintances that may change the way you feel.

But without acting, nothing will really happen. It's all in your hands but you will need to want to change your situation and act upon it. How about going to the gym or to church and find someone that you would like to spend some quality time with.
